Who's Your Favorite Philosopher and Why?

I'm curious to know who your favorite philosopher is and what ideas or teachings of theirs resonate with you the most. My favorite philosopher is Marcus Aurelius. His idea of focusing on what's within our control and accepting what isn't resonates with me.

My favorite is Confucius because of his golden rule philosophy "Do not do unto others what you don't want others do unto you".

One philosopher who stands out is Aristotle. His works encompassed a wide range of disciplines, including ethics, politics, metaphysics, logic, and more. His systematic approach to knowledge and his emphasis on observation and empirical investigation laid the groundwork for much of Western philosophy and science
