That may be one reason AI therapist platforms continue to gain attention. The experience is private, available at any time, and often feels less intimidating than sharing personal thoughts with another person.

Whether someone uses AI therapy for stress management, emotional reflection, or mindfulness, the appeal seems to be accessibility.
