I’ve tried Spam in a few countries and it always seems like the flavor or saltiness changes. Is this just my imagination, or does anyone else notice this? Is it a regional ingredient thing? Would love to know if others have noticed these flavor differences.
I think it really comes down to regional ingredients and how it’s prepared. Some places might use different spices or cooking methods that can change the flavor profile.
