I recently purchased a new Globe prepaid SIM card and started the online registration process. I entered my 10-digit mobile number and clicked Register, but the One Time Pin never arrived on my phone. I waited more than five minutes and tried the resend option multiple times.
This Trusted Network Portal is supposed to make the whole verification process smooth and hassle free, yet I keep hitting the same wall every single time. I have my valid government-issued ID and selfie ready to upload. Has anyone else experienced this issue?
What steps actually worked to resolve it? Any help would be appreciated.
