I’ve been looking for a good space heater lately because winter is really hitting, and I wanted something efficient but not crazy expensive. I’ve spent quite a bit of time researching, reading posts on Reddit, checking top blogs like Wirecutter and NY Times reviews, and even scanning Amazon reviews to see what people actually experience.

I’ve spent quite a bit of time researching, reading posts on Reddit, checking top blogs like Wirecutter and NY Times reviews, and even scanning Amazon reviews to see what people actually experience.
- Lasko Ceramic Tower Heater – I noticed this one mentioned on almost every blog and Reddit thread. People say it heats rooms quickly and is pretty safe for long-term use. The reviews I read online, plus Amazon ratings, all seem solid.
- Vornado AVH Heater – This one also keeps coming up in multiple places. Reviews highlight that it circulates heat really evenly and has good safety features. It seems a bit pricier than the Lasko, but many reviewers think it’s worth it for larger rooms. I’m still a bit torn between the two because both have great reviews everywhere I looked. Has anyone actually used either for a full season? Which one would you say performs better for a medium-sized bedroom? I just want to make sure I’m not missing something before I buy.
