Does anyone else eat the weird leftover bits when cooking?

Okay, this might be weird, but when I chop veggies, sometimes I end up snacking on the scraps—like, the crunchy ends of bell peppers or the fibrous bits of broccoli stems. Also, I kinda love chewing on raw pasta while waiting for the water to boil (don’t judge me). Does anyone else eat the little “discard” bits when cooking, or is this just a me thing? What’s your weirdest kitchen habit? 😅
