Making pasta from scratch is an incredibly satisfying experience. One evening, I decided to tackle homemade ravioli. Rolling out the dough, filling it with a spinach-ricotta mixture, and sealing each piece was a labor of love. When I finally served it with a homemade marinara sauce, the sense of pride and the delicious taste made all the effort worthwhile. Have you ever tried making your own pasta?
