Okay, real talk. Those races last like 3-4 hours, and I’ve never seen anyone pull over for a bathroom break. Do they just have insane bladder control, or is there a secret NASCAR bathroom hack I don’t know about?
How do NASCAR drivers hold it in for so long?

Real talk—they just go in their suits if they have to. No pit stops for bathroom breaks in NASCAR! Most drivers try to manage their fluid intake, but if nature calls mid-race, they just have to deal with it.
