I know cold soups like gazpacho are a summer thing, but I recently found myself craving one even though it's getting cooler outside. Does anyone else enjoy these refreshing soups when it's not blazing hot outside? I know it sounds a bit odd, but there's something about the crispness that just feels right sometimes, even in fall. Maybe I’m weird like that? What do you think—seasonal, or anytime treat?
