I run a small restaurant in Al Nahda and last month I paid a company to build me a website where customers can see the menu and place delivery orders. After two weeks the site went down and the developer stopped answering my calls. Now my online orders have stopped completely and I am losing daily sales. I am looking for a trustworthy web design and development company in Dubai but I do not want to make the same mistake again. What questions should I ask before signing any contract? How do I check if a company has real experience and not just fancy promises? Has anyone here worked with a firm that actually delivered good work on time?
