Miley Cyrus has been sued for allegedly plagiarizing Bruno Mars' "When I Was Your Man" to make her song 'Flowers'.
TMZ reported that Tempo Music Investments, which stated it has partial copyright ownership of 'When I Was Your Man,' noted the similarities between the two tracks.
The agency claimed that Miley "intentionally" used Mars' song when she and her team produced the chorus, harmony, melody, chord progressions, and lyrics of 'Flowers'.
Because of this, Tempo Music Investments is demanding monetary relief, but the exact amount is yet to be revealed.
Moreover, Cyrus is being requested to restrain from reproducing, distributing, or performing 'Flowers'.
