"Patience is not the ability to wait, but the ability to keep a good attitude while waiting."

I practice patience by taking deep breaths and counting to ten when I feel stressed. I remind myself that not everything requires an immediate reaction. I focus on listening fully before responding in conversations. I break tasks into smaller steps to avoid feeling overwhelmed. Lastly, I set aside time for mindfulness or meditation each day to stay centered.
 
By trying to control my negative emotions from showing into negative actions. I'm trying that as much as I can because I know it won't do good with me and the people around me. 😌😌 But not all the time though. 😅😅
