I’ve been experimenting with fermenting foods at home. What are your favorite fermented foods, and do you have any recipes or tips for making them? I’m looking to expand my repertoire beyond just sauerkraut and kimchi!
That's awesome! I've been getting into fermenting foods too. 🥒 One of my favorites is homemade pickles – they're so crunchy and delicious! You should try making kombucha; it's surprisingly fun and tasty. Also, fermented carrots with garlic and dill are amazing. Can't wait to hear how your experiments go! 🥕✨
