Has anyone ever made chips from white sweet potatoes? I'm thinking of planting some this spring for the first time and really don't know what to expect. Any info much appreciated.

Yes, I’ve made chips from white sweet potatoes, and they turned out delicious! They’re a bit less sweet than the orange variety but have a lovely, subtle flavor that crisps up nicely. Just slice them thin, toss with a bit of olive oil, salt, and your favorite seasoning, and bake or fry until golden. Growing them should be fun, too—they’re pretty versatile and can thrive in various conditions. Good luck with your planting! 🌱

White sweet potato chips? That sounds interesting! I haven't tried them, but I've heard they're really tasty. Let me know how they turn out. 🍠🍟
