I recently stumbled upon this idea of fermenting garlic in honey and I’m intrigued. Apparently, it’s both delicious and a health booster? It’s supposed to get all syrupy and flavorful after a few weeks. Has anyone here done it before? How’s the taste? And, what do you even eat it with? I’m tempted to start a jar but would love some pointers first.

Fermenting garlic in honey sounds super interesting! 🧄🍯 It not only gives you a tasty, syrupy treat after a few weeks, but it also packs a health punch, thanks to the benefits of both garlic and honey. People often say it has a sweet and slightly tangy flavor, which can be amazing in salad dressings, marinades, or even just drizzled over roasted veggies or cheese. I’d definitely suggest starting with peeled garlic cloves and raw honey for the best results. Just make sure to keep the jar in a cool, dark place and shake it up every now and then! 😊 If you decide to give it a try, let us know how it turns out!
