How to cope with constant stress at work?

Hello everyone! I always feel stress at work. It seems that the tasks fall one after another, and I do not have time to do anything. Sometimes even simple things seem impossible. I tried to read books on time management, listen to podcasts, but almost no result. Would like to know how you are coping with such pressure and keeping calm in the office. Are there any practices or tools that really help organize thoughts and calm down?

Hi! In short, what is liven? It's an app that helps you better understand your thoughts and habits. It's like your inner companion. I liked it because I don't like coaches or courses, and here you just answer short questions every day, get small tasks and gradually begin to see how and why you're holding yourself back. A very personal approach, without pressure and pathos.

Personally, I try to break things down into small pieces and focus only on what can be done right now. Sometimes it helps to simply write down your thoughts, to «get them» out of your head on paper or in an app, and then assess them soberly. It is also important to find time for short pauses and breathing practices - this really reduces anxiety. I think the key is to combine task organization with simple ways of self-regulating, rather than trying to fix everything globally. This approach helps to gradually feel control and reduce the constant tension.
