Hi everyone. I own a small hair salon. Lately, more older customers come in. Some are 70+. They seem frustrated sometimes. The chairs are too low. They struggle to get up. The music is loud. They ask me to repeat things a lot. My staff speaks fast. I want to make things better for them. They are loyal once they like us. But bad experience means they don't come back. Any ideas to make the salon more welcoming for seniors? How do you handle older clients in your business? Thanks for advice.
