Is there a cheaper way to get Genshin crystals?

I’m planning to pull for the next character banner in Genshin Impact, but the Genesis Crystal prices in the official store are getting a bit out of hand. I’ve seen people mention using external top-up centers that offer bonus rewards or lower regional pricing. Is it safe to use these, and which ones actually work without risking an account ban?

As long as you use a reputable site that uses the official UID method, it’s perfectly safe and often much cheaper. Last summer, I actually did something similar for a big banner and was also worried that the crystals wouldn’t show up in my mail.
